CNPE employs a value approach with an emphasis on purchase price discipline. We conduct rigorous due diligence analysis by identifying, categorizing and quantifying the strengths and weaknesses of target companies in order to define and measure risks. CNPE seeks attractive risk-adjusted returns by emphasizing principal preservation and taking a long-term approach to our investments. CNPE takes a targeted industry approach which is focused on two investment verticals: demographics and asset-based.
