CN Private Equity Partners (“CNPE” or the “Fund”) was established in 2007 and has over $250 million of total capital available. CNPE, which is based in New York and Los Angeles, focuses on providing value-added capital to businesses within the lower middle-market segment, generally defined as companies with EBITDA of $5 million to $25 million. The Fund seeks long-term capital appreciation through leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, growth investments and other transactions in businesses that can be acquired or formed at attractive valuations.
